★用途概述：General of application
※      適用于粉狀、顆粒狀物料的干燥、冷卻、增濕等作業(yè)（或同時(shí)進(jìn)行）。
※ It is widely used for operation of drying, cooling and damp increasing （or carry out at the same time） for power or granule material.
 
★ZQG型振動(dòng)流化床干燥機(jī)　設(shè)備特點(diǎn)：Features of equipment
 
※ 振動(dòng)源是采用振動(dòng)角電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)，維修方便，噪音低，壽命長(zhǎng)。
※流態(tài)化勻稱，無空隙和吹穿現(xiàn)象，可以獲得均勻的干燥、冷卻制品。
※可調(diào)性好，適應(yīng)面寬 , 料層厚度和在機(jī)內(nèi)移動(dòng)速度以及全振幅變更均可實(shí)現(xiàn)無級(jí)調(diào)節(jié)。
※對(duì)物料表面的損傷小，可用于易碎物料的干燥 , 物料顆粒不規(guī)則時(shí)亦不影響工作效果
※采用全封閉式的結(jié)構(gòu)，有效的防止了物料與空氣交叉感染，作業(yè)環(huán)境清潔。
※機(jī)械效率與熱效率高，節(jié)能效果好，比一般的干燥裝置可節(jié)能30-60%。
※The vibration source is vibration motor. It features constant operation, convenient maintenance, low noise and long life.
※Uniform fluid-bed, without the phenomenon of gap and blowing out. The uniform drying and cooling product can be got.
※Good adjustable and wide applicability. The change of thickness of material layer, moving speed in the machine and full amplitude can adopt infiniy adjustment.
※Less damage to the surface of material. It can be used for drying material that is easy to broken. The work efficiency is not be affected even if the granule of material is irregular.
※Adopt full sealed structure. It is effective to protect cross infection between material and air. The operation environment is clean.
※High mechanical and thermal efficiency and good effect of energy saving. Compared with ordinary drying equipment, it can save 30 ～60% energy.
